At Nuvé, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Our goal is to ensure your living environment feels exactly as you envisioned it with a seamless, stress-free return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
