This hand-knotted Indo-Sarouk rug from the 1990s features a beautifully aged peach-colored field enriched with intricate floral motifs in navy, ivory, and soft blues. The deep navy border with classic Sarouk floral designs frames the central medallion-like layout, lending elegance and balance to the overall composition. There is no wear on the pile, and the rug is in excellent condition. Some straight-line color variation is present, caused by the use of different dye lots in the yarn—common in village productions and considered part of the rug’s charm and authenticity. Suitable for living rooms, formal settings, or even bedrooms, this durable wool rug brings warmth and tradition to any space.
